I usually try to post my reviews and notes in order. Right now I have 7 other movies queued up ready to be noted right here on this website, plus 2 TV series that I dipped into and abandoned.
I also usually try to watch the whole movie before posting my thoughts and seeing as I made it a whole 11 minutes and 2 seconds into this one (including the opening credits) I thought what the heck, let’s just write this one up and get it out of the way.
I like a zombie comedy, don’t get me wrong. The gold standard is Shaun of the Dead (duh). I’ve watched several zombie comedies, including the first Zombieland and much more recently both Little Monsters and Anna and the Apocalypse. True, I wasn’t fond of either of them but at least I managed to sit through the whole goddamn movie.
So, uh, congratulations, I suppose, for this being the first movie to earn the ‘abandoned’ tag?
