Meet Frank. Frank is our hero of dubious quality for this aching disaster of a movie. By that I mean he is an animal smuggler, who happily transports his poached animals in empty wire cages in the hold of a ship. Which, it turns out, is the preferred method of transport for a sinister villain who escapes and then lets many of the animals out too.
There is a female character but she doesn’t get much character development, sensible things to do or a hairbrush throughout the entire thing. And of course there is a romantic subplot. Excuse me while I go and dry heave over the side of the ship, which is poorly staffed and prone to looking like a labyrinth without sensible establishing shots. It mostly appears to be a series of disconnected sets with the actors running between the locations between each scene.
Some things happened and then it ended. I have no more to say about this.
