There is something that I love about the RiffTrax movies riffed by Bridget Nelson and Mary Jo Pehl. It’s something the other and don’t have. It’s their laughter. Just pure and simple, the laugh. It starts low, the low little ‘huhuhuh’ and sometimes emerges as a full blown mocking comment, and sometimes it doesn’t. That laugh. I can’t stand canned laughter, it’s the absolute worst, but that laugh. It makes me smile all the way inside.

So, yes, here is Bride of the Gorilla, in which local indigenous personal ideas of outweigh the criminal justice procedure. It is an old movie so it is pretty terrible, even when it is not actually terrible. But that laugh. I wish had it on constant loop so I could listen to it laid over real life like all the time.

The movie poster is 66% accurate, by the way, but only due to careful manipulation of the truth about this movie. Which I’m not going to tell you because that would be a massive spoiler. Nah. I’m gonna make you watch it if you want to know. Or, you know, go read the spoilers at IMDb? Whatever. Your loss.
