Oh Lordy, just looky at the claims that this here movie poster makes. “Makes Rosemary’s Baby look like a Sunday school picnic”. Goodness. What a lie. With thrilling scenes like this:

”This is where the fish live.”

Uh-huh. So what else can I share with you about this gentle cruise through the American countryside? There’s a young man, and an immortal witch who looks like a young lady, and some middle aged adults who it’s assumed are her parents but, uhm, I’m not very sure. And an old lady who murders people with carelessly put-away farm tools.

The scenes by the lake though are very tranquil and relaxing, I give this movie 8 out of 10 for calm, meditative scenes. It’s not my fault if that’s not what they were going for.

We watched the Mystery Science Theatre 3000 cover of this movie, give it a search on the internet if you’re interested!
